The short glimpse of my career in the veterinary field shall tell you how passionate I’m about the poultry.  Having completed my B.V.Sc. in 1978 that too at the prestigious Madras Veterinary College, I joined Erode (TN) based SKM Poultry Feed company obfuscating the opportunity offered by TN Animal Husbandry and worked there for 8 years. Later, I worked with top poultry producers (PIONEER, VANGILI, PONNI & SUGUNA) of TN in various places of India up to 2005 in the field of commercial broiler integration, commercial layer farming, breeder farming, and hatchery operation. Then I moved to offer private consultancy to various commercial and parent poultry farms in and around Namakkal till 2010.

During the course of my career in poultry sector, I experienced that laboratory based diagnosis of various nutrition and disease problems could lead to a better solution for the benefit of poultry industry. Hence, it is perceived that the proper lab-based diagnosis shall be empirical for the poultry farmers and industry trade. With this backdrop, Success Poultry Care had been started at Namakkal, Tamil Nadu with the sole aim of providing accurate and precise solutions for the poultry industry and its stakeholders alike
